After the spreading phase, the plastisol solidifies through a gelling process achieved inside ovens by adequately raising the temperature.

The spreading and gelling process is repeated, in line, four successive times.
The PVC liner is therefore composed of four layers of different formulations, with the insertion, between the second and third layers, perfectly in the center, of an internal reinforcement consisting of a polyester mesh that serves as reinforcement.
This production system creates a strong molecular bond between the four layers, resulting in a single-layer, homogeneous, and flexible PVC liner of considerable robustness with a thickness of 1.5 mm.

The special LACQUER on the visible surface of the PVC liner guarantees better resistance to light, attack by potential microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores), and sun creams.
