All spare parts for your Blue Connect
The star of the summer will undoubtedly be the Blue Connect, a fully automated pool analyser that can be managed from a simple app to download on your favourite device. It should be noted that, along with the application, our tester can also be used.
The friendly Blue Connect has the pleasant shape of an elongated oval and, thanks to its blue colour, blends in perfectly with your pool. The lower part consists of a cup, where water is collected through a slotted bottom, and which contains the sensors that analyse it. The upper part, on the other hand, collects data from the sensor and transmits it to the analysis centre, in a dedicated cloud, to keep you constantly updated on the condition of the pool and its swimability. Remember that the battery needs to be replaced every two years.
But technically, how does our pool analyser work?
When you immerse the device in the pool, water enters the cup and wets the sensors that constantly analyse its quality. The check is carried out on four basic values: the alkaline coefficient, temperature, oxidation-reduction, and the amount of dissolved salt. Occasionally, our device needs to be recalibrated using the liquid in the bottles that can be requested in our dedicated kit.
The collected data is processed by a dedicated microprocessor, located at the top of the analyser, and constantly sent to the cloud with a transmission system that uses the SigFox network. But Blue Connect can also connect to the home network with a special Wi-Fi device. Alternatively, you can purchase our Blue Extender, a Bluetooth data transmission device that becomes indispensable if your area is not covered by the SigFox network, to connect Blue to your home Wi-Fi network, and from there to the Cloud.
