Maintenance and Repair Tips for Your Dolphin E40i Pool Robot

The checks you can perform on your robot if you notice it's not working as well as before are:
- verify that the rotating fan is always free and not obstructed by hair or dirt;
- clean the filter basket;
- use the robot with a direct connection, without attaching extension cords;
- regulate water values if they are not within standard;
- wipe the wall with a cloth if an oily film has formed causing the robot to slip.

Once your maintenance request email arrives, Zavattishop.com technicians will arrange with the courier for the collection of your Dolphin E40i pool robot from your home. As soon as it arrives at our authorized Maytronics service center, the Dolphin pool robot is taken in charge and tested in every part.
The check-up phases are essentially two: one dedicated to digital diagnostics, where the operating hours and any errors recorded during the robot's lifetime will be checked; the other, instead, involves water tests to verify and test mechanical problems. At the end of the in-depth check, we will send you a quote for your Maytronics pool robot.
If you accept our repair proposal, within 48 hours, you will receive your perfectly functioning pool robot with an exclusive 12-month warranty on the work performed. Should the repair prove to be costly, the Maytronics staff will recommend a new Dolphin robot with suitable features for cleaning your pool.
