Once your maintenance request email arrives, Zavattishop.com technicians will arrange with the courier for the collection of your Dolphin Liberty 300 pool robot from your home. As soon as it arrives at our authorized Maytronics service center, the Dolphin pool robot is taken in and tested in every part.
There are essentially two phases of the check-up: one dedicated to digital diagnostics, where the operating hours and any errors recorded in the robot's life will be verified; the other, however, involves in-water testing to verify and test mechanical problems. At the end of the in-depth check, we will send you a quote for your Maytronics pool robot.
If you accept our repair proposal, within 48 hours, you will receive your perfectly working pool robot with an exclusive 12-month warranty on the work performed. If the repair proves costly, the Maytronics staff will recommend a new Dolphin robot with suitable characteristics for cleaning your pool.
