The Market
Although seasonal, the pool market remains stable and attractive, with an ever-expanding range of products and services.
Rapidly developing, DIY sales through "general public" channels (GSS, GSB, and GSA) demand more competitive offers with communication tools adapted for in-store sales.
Faced with this consumer demand, professional players (installers, builders, renovators) struggle to articulate their added value and are finding it difficult to sell the same equipment for pools at a higher price.
The product offering must be better structured with clear differentiation based on markets to provide each professional client with arguments that facilitate their sales process.
Pool Lighting in Brief
Without being obsolete, the range of pool lighting is aging, and the rapid evolution of LED technology offers more reliable, less energy-consuming, and less expensive solutions.
New European regulations also specify the design requirements for a light fixture. By only allowing energy classes A++ and A+, incandescent and halogen lamps will disappear from the market.
As of September 1, 2018, lamps that do not comply with these energy classes will no longer be manufactured.
Seamaid's Approach
For over 12 years, the Seamaid brand has offered extra-low voltage LED lighting, safe at ~12V. This supply voltage allows compliance with regulatory requirements in terms of safety (pool) but also offers fewer constraints during installation and cable grounding.
Developed according to current regulations, the brand's lamps and light fixtures are controlled and tested by accredited laboratories and benefit from compliance certificates.

LEDINPOOL Above-Ground Pool Range
Cool white or RGB projector kit with remote control, for any above-ground rigid wall pool with a 1.5'' inlet nozzle. Sold in a case with a ~230V/12V - 20W plug-type transformer and a universal adapter for the nozzle.
LEDINPOOL Replacement Range
Universal cool white and RGB PAR56 lamp with remote control for replacing 300W incandescent and LED lamps. Installation in a projector. New for 2019: Flat optics and ergonomic radio remote control.
LEDINPOOL Renovation Range
PAR56 Ecoproof cool white and RGB lamp with remote control for renovating pools where the ABS projector has been damaged. Compatible with any niche thanks to the renovation kit sold in an individual bag with 5 colors. New for 2019: Flat optics and ergonomic radio remote control.
LEDINPOOL Construction Range
Cool white and RGB flat projector with remote control to be screwed into a 1.5" internal threaded nozzle. 2x1.5mmÇ 2m long cable pre-assembled. Crown presented in a single bag, 5 colors available. New for 2019: Ergonomic remote control.
LEDINPOOL Packaging Range
The LEDINPOOL range is presented with a graphic chart that allows the consumer to quickly identify the product's purpose and its key arguments.
PRO Special Range
This new Seamaid range has been specially developed for pool and garden professionals, presented with sober packaging that incorporates the codes of this distribution.
It offers two operating modes:
- In the basic version, they operate in universal On/Off mode.
- By adding a control module connected to the ~12V power supply, the installation becomes "smart" and offers additional functionalities.
A free application is also available, compatible with all mobile phones on the market, which works via Wi-Fi.
The Seamaid PRO special pool and garden range is distributed exclusively to installer networks.
New PAR56 ECOPROOF Lamp
A design already proposed in 2017, the PAR56 Ecoproof lamp features flat optics and remains compatible with all niches on the market thanks to its renovation kit. The design of this lamp is the same as the LEDINPOOL version. Only the electronic part is different.

New Mini Projector
This new mini-projector screws onto a 1.5" nozzle. It comes with 2 removable white crowns (liner version and fiberglass or concrete pool version) and is pre-assembled with a 2x1.5mmÇ 2m cable. Crowns available in 4 colors.
Cool white light: 1100 lumens 12W - RGB light: 400 lumens 12W.
New Tubular Mini Projector
This new mini-projector screws onto a 1.5" nozzle. It ideally illuminates submerged beaches, stairs, and swimming lanes. Once installed, the projector disappears into the wall, leaving only the optics visible.
It comes pre-assembled with a 2x1.5mmÇ 2m cable.
