Tips for choosing the right pool robot
Before purchasing a pool robot, it is essential to understand the actual needs of your pool. Only with the advice of industry experts can you avoid mistakes or making wrong purchases!
I'm Danny, and for many years now, I've been a pool consultant with my e-commerce ZavattiShop.com, a national and international benchmark for sales and assistance of Dolphin Maytronics pool robots.
The first aspect to consider, before choosing a specific model, is to understand that having such a cleaner is necessary throughout the year (not just when the warm season approaches as one might think).
In fact, thanks to its multiple functionalities, a robot allows you to keep the water and pool always clean and bacteriologically safe. From the opening during which all impurities are eliminated, up to maintenance where the cleaner serves to purify the water from algae or residues created by incorrect chemical treatment.
Buying a pool robot definitely brings advantages, including: superior construction quality that guarantees durability and resistance over time, maximum cleanliness in any pool condition and shape, ease of programming and use, total assistance in case of breakdown, and a minimal and guaranteed investment for years. In addition to robots, for any other information concerning the "pool world", as always, I am at your complete disposal. You can contact me by calling me at 334/1491755, sending me a message on WhatsApp or an email to info@zavattishop.com
Furthermore, for more thorough and complete cleaning, it would be appropriate to also equip yourself with the exclusive, all-hi-tech pool analyzer! I'm talking about the indispensable Blue Connect, which, via an App, can allow you to relax and enjoy your pool and monitor it anywhere on your smartphone. Our "Conny Blue" can notify you of the following values: temperature, Ph, ORP, Oxygenation / conductivity.

Pool robots: differences between hydraulic and electronic cleaners
Returning to our pool robots, the first distinction to make is between hydraulic cleaners and electronic cleaners.
As for the former, they are suitable for small pools. They have low costs and, above all, are easy to use.
They attach directly to the existing skimmer or dedicated suction port and complete their work cycle when the pump is running, thus managing to clean the filtering system of dirt and debris. By doing so, however, they overload the filter, which could therefore wear out prematurely.
This problem does not occur with electronic pool robots, which retain the dirt directly. The discussion therefore becomes much more interesting and the proposals can be truly numerous.
Among the main features, there are certainly the speed and power of collecting all the dirt: in fact, debris is sucked in and retained in a filter (bag or cartridge) contained within the appliance itself.
An exclusive line of pool cleaning robots is certainly the Dolphin by Maytronics, for which, in Europe, ZavattiShop.com is the only authorized dealer and certified service center.
From basic models for cleaning only the bottom of flat-bottomed pools, to more powerful robots suitable for cleaning free-form pools, with variable bottom and different types of lining.
As repeatedly stated, also in other guides or through my newsletters, for each pool with different characteristics there is a specific electric cleaning robot.
As a certified Dolphin Maytronics dealer, I would like to give you a brief overview of all the best robots I have available that could help you choose your new cleaner. Here, then, is the Top 10 of the best pool robots, compiled especially for you!
I would like to start by telling you about the Dolphin E10, which is the first Maytronics cleaner suitable for small and above-ground pools such as Intex, Laghetto, and Gré. It cleans the bottom and the first 40cm of the walls in an hour and a half. Also available with a double basket to remove all types of dirt.
Next is the Mini Kart Dolphin pool robot for cleaning the bottom and walls of pools up to 12 meters long with a flat bottom. It is also one of Maytronics' best-sellers and of the latest generation, the Dolphin E30 robot offers great ease of use thanks to new technology and its ultra-light weight. It effectively cleans the bottom, walls, and waterline of in-ground and above-ground pools up to 12 m long.
And again, the Dolphin E35i pool robot with App and swivel cable, which cleans the bottom, walls, and waterline of pools up to 15m in 2 hours. I'll then move on to describe the Dolphin E40i with MULTI-LEVEL-FILTER, MyDolphin App, and Caddy cart. Thanks to the new MyDolphin Plus App you can choose from multiple functions: variable cleaning cycles, weekly timer, and advanced cleaning options. It cleans the bottom, walls, and waterline of pools up to 15m in 1.5/2/2.5 hours. The same features but with a more advanced and complete app are available for the Dolphin E50i, which also has a silicone seal between the two rows of filter cartridges, thanks to which 20% more suction power is obtained.
Moving on to dual-motor models, I'll tell you about the Dolphin Maxi Kart, an easy-to-use cleaner suitable for pools of all shapes and linings. Among its features is a dual motor, precisely, to allow climbing and cleaning even in unusually shaped pools. Another round, another race, and it's the Dolphin F60 Maytronics' turn, recommended for cleaning pools up to 12-15 m long.
I hope I was helpful, warm regards from Danny
