Case 1 – The filter pump is particularly noisy and tends to overheat

The cause of these problems is very often simply a lack of water in the pool's circulation system. In this case, it is necessary to check the water level in the pool and, if necessary, restore it. If the water level is correct and regular, then it is advisable to turn off the system, close all valves, and contact a technician who can check the cause of the fault on-site.

Case 2 – The pool filter pump does not turn on

The cause could be a lack of electrical voltage, an incorrect start time setting, or the electrical panel being switched off. To ensure everything is in order, check that there is electrical voltage reaching the electrical panel, ensuring that the differential switch (safety switch) has not tripped, and check that the power-on timer is set to the correct local time and adjust it if necessary.

Case 3 – The filter pump stopped during operation

The pump's capacitor may have burned out, probably due to a power surge. In this case, it is necessary to contact a technician who can perform an on-site check.

N.B. = It is good practice to frequently check the pump's pre-filter basket, which should always be kept clean. The pre-filter basket should be cleaned before each backwash.
