Solvent-based plastic microcoating.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Microcoating made of "chlorocaucciu" resins (stabilized chlorinated rubber).
This microcoating has chemical and physical properties far superior to traditional water-based paints; it is mold and bacteria resistant, highly resistant to alkalinity, weathering, and abrasion, and while perfectly breathable, it is waterproof. It is washable with any type of detergent. Because of these characteristics, Colorgum is ideal for highly polluted coastal, mountainous, and industrial areas.
The versatility of this product means it can be applied to any type of wall surface: cement, concrete, bricks, new or painted plaster.
It can be applied in any climatic condition, in fact it is not affected by rigid temperatures.

QUALITY OF FUNDS
Clorgum can be applied on new and cured plasters, lime mortar, cement mortar and on concrete castings.

HOW TO USE
The application can be done by brush, roller or spray, adjusting the viscosity appropriately with the thinner, with a time interval of 24 hours between coats.
On new surfaces, in general, no particular preventive treatments of the substrate are carried out, as the adhesion and stability of the alkalis is guaranteed by the product itself.
On old surfaces, any flaking paint must be removed by brushing, applying a layer of Isolbase "A" fixative stabilizer and then two or three layers of Clorgum until completely covered.

To use ColorGum, you don't need to apply primer first; it's just important that the concrete is thoroughly brushed. A 22 kg container requires 5 liters of thinner.

CONSUMPTION AND PACKAGING
Average product consumption varies from 0.300–0.500 kg per square meter, depending on the substrate's absorption. It is delivered in printed containers containing 25 kg of tare weight per product. It should be stored in a cool place, away from heat sources.

SAFETY TIPS
In case of contact with eyes, operators are advised to wash immediately with plenty of water.

ECOLOGY
After use, do not dispose of containers in the environment.
Allow the residues to dry thoroughly and dispose of in landfill.
