Dolphin e40i pool robot by Maytronics with MULTI-LEVEL-FILTER, MyDolphin Plus App, and Caddy.

This practical accessory, in addition to facilitating the movement of the cleaner, also serves as a power supply/transformer holder, so you always have everything under control.

The active front brush, as with most Dolphin Maytronics pool robots, continuously scrubs and degreases the pool surface, and when it reaches the wall at water level, it creates a real hydro effect, ensuring oxygenation of the water itself.

The Dolphin E40i pool robot can clean steps and relaxation areas without hesitation and is equipped with a double filter basket. 
The first basket consists of 4 ultra-fine 30-micron cartridges for collecting micro-dirt (sand, dust, etc.), while the second basket, which can be inserted into the first, collects larger debris, leaving the filtering surface of the cartridges, dedicated precisely to micro-dirt, freer.

Zavattishop is an official reseller and service center. For malfunctions or breakdowns, the robot will be collected and inspected directly at our facility by our technicians. We inspect robots by performing accurate tests that allow us to identify any type of defect.

Another distinguishing feature of the Dolphin E40i Maytronics is the App that allows you to guide it, literally, during its work cycle in the pool. By downloading "My Dolphin Plus," you can create a personalized cleaning schedule for your robot (day and time). Additionally, it will be possible to manually maneuver it, guiding it to specific areas and corners of the pool by dragging the controller in the desired directions. In this way, quickly and efficiently cleaning hard-to-reach spots will no longer be a problem!

The App also includes additional cleaning modes that allow you to adapt its action to specific needs. For example, the "Floor Only" option focuses on the pool floor, removing more dirt from the bottom without spending time scrubbing the walls.

You can download the MyDolphin™ Plus app by Maytronics on your smart mobile device (phone or tablet) from Google Play for Android or the Appstore for iOS.
The app is compatible with the following mobile devices:

Weekly Timer Programming:
This function allows you to program the robot's operation on predefined days, meaning you can set the following automatic cleaning programs:

  • The robot will automatically perform a full cleaning cycle every day (7 times a week).

  • The robot will automatically perform a full cleaning cycle every 2 days (4 times a week).

  • The robot will automatically perform a full cleaning cycle every 3 days (3 times a week).

IoT TRANSFORMER
This is the brand new transformer connected to the Maytronics Cloud, which connects you to your robot 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. It allows you to manage the robot remotely and receive proactive notifications via the App.
Thanks to the new IoT transformer, you can connect to your robot not only via Wi-Fi but also via Bluetooth.

The IoT Bluetooth & Wi-Fi transformer has only one button. Colored LEDs show the cleaner's status and simplify understanding.

Connectivity LED Lights on the Power Supply:

  • Flashing blue light – waiting for Bluetooth® connection.

  • Solid blue light – connected via Bluetooth®.

  • Flashing green light – the power supply is trying to connect to the home / pool Wi-Fi® network and to the cloud, or there is a weak internet signal.

  • Solid green light - the power supply is connected to the home / pool Wi-Fi® network and to the cloud.

  • Alternating blue and green lights - the power supply is connected via Bluetooth® and is trying to connect to the home / pool Wi-Fi® network and to the cloud.

On/Off LED

  • Flashing green light – awaiting next operation (delay mode or weekly timer).

  • Alternating blue/green/red lights – the program is being updated remotely. Please wait for the process to finish.

  • Solid red light – error. See Troubleshooting.

HOW TO USE THE MY DOLPHIN™ PLUS APP

  1. Ensure your smart mobile device (phone / tablet) is connected to your home / pool Wi-Fi® network.

  2. Make sure you have your Wi-Fi® network name and password handy.

  3. Ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on your smart device.

  4. Android users – make sure GPS and location services are on.

  5. For iOS 13 only – while the app is running, enable Bluetooth® and location.

  6. Make sure your router is only on the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi® frequency.

Preparing the Cleaner for Connection

  1. Connect the pool cleaner to the power supply.

  2. The connectivity LED indicator on the power supply will start flashing blue.

  3. Place the robot in the water.

  4. Press the power button on the IoT power supply to start the robot.

Activating the cleaner using your smart device (phone or tablet)

  1. Activate the MyDolphin™ Plus app.

  2. Click "I agree" and allow all required permissions.

  3. Sign up by creating a profile or use your Gmail/Facebook accounts.

  4. Scan the QR code located on the side of the power supply.

  5. Alternatively, press "Find your robot manually" to pair it with the robot.

  6. The app will begin pairing with the power supply.

  7. Wait for a steady blue connectivity LED light to turn on and a success message to appear in the app.

  8. Connect to your home/pool Wi-Fi® network.

  9. Enter your home Wi-Fi® network password and press CONTINUE.

  10. After a moment, the power supply will flash green and blue.

  11. Wait for a steady green LED connectivity light to turn on and a success message to appear in the app.
