EASYBLOK SYSTEM

Thanks to this innovative system, building a reinforced concrete pool is easy, fast, and economical.

Rectangular pools can be built, easily accessorized by inserting inlets, skimmers, and lights directly into the EPS walls (a material with "closed-cell" technology, unlike common polystyrene, it guarantees a high degree of resistance to water and moisture infiltration that leads to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics).

The available sizes meet every construction need, while guaranteeing unparalleled ease of installation: it is enough to interlock the modules, making sure to reinforce every formwork line. Subsequently, concrete is poured inside the formwork to create a true reinforced concrete wall.

Straight modules: length 1.25 m, 30 cm high.
Specifications: PS30 density, estimated cement quantity: 0.12 m³ x m².

The simplicity of assembling the structure is surprising.

Excavation, concrete, and iron are excluded.

The innovative OVERFLOW SKIMMER system

Overflow skimmer with a very wide suction mouth (approx. 80 cm wide, 7 cm high) for reinforced concrete pools with PVC lining.

Permitted flow rate: 6 to 10 mc/h.
Material: Made of ABS, UV-resistant with a wide mouth.
Positioning: Near the edge (up to 8 cm from the pool edge).

Accessories and Integrations

Level control: complete with pipes and complementary accessories (€ 499.00 extra).
Bluetooth electrical panel: allows you to turn the filtration system and lighting on and off via a smartphone app, without accessing the physical panel.

Lighting Customization
It is possible to replace the PAR56 lamps included in the kit with tubular lamps. Design lighting kits can be integrated with these to increase light points:

- Small: +2 tubular lamps
- Medium: +4 tubular lamps
- Large: +6 tubular lamps

DETAILS ON THE LINER (PVC SHEET)

Standard shades: white, sand, basalt gray and medium gray (to be specified at the time of order).
Other shades: available upon request by contacting us directly via email or phone.

The PVC sheet supplied in our kits will make your pool elegant and perfectly finished. This liner has a special lacquer that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays and atmospheric agents, thus preserving the beauty and vibrancy of the color. Furthermore, it is durable over time thanks to the special polyester reinforcement placed in the center of the various layers that constitute it. Cleaning operations are also reduced because the liner is anti-limescale and resistant to attack by sun creams and any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores).

Notes for Installation: it is necessary to heat-weld the sheet on site using a Leister or a heat gun.

Customization: Steps or Beach Area
It is possible to customize the pool by choosing between two different access solutions:

- The STEPS are a pre-assembled block, easy and quick to install.
Supplied with plasticized corners for perfect sheet laying. Includes a roll of reinforced non-slip safety PVC sheet.
- The BEACH AREA must be assembled on site. Supplied with plasticized corners for perfect sheet laying. Includes a roll of reinforced non-slip safety PVC sheet. Suitable for creating a beach area of maximum 10sqm.
