EASYBLOK SYSTEM

Thanks to this innovative system, building a reinforced concrete swimming pool is easy, fast and economical.

Rectangular swimming pools can be built, easily accessorized by inserting inlets, skimmers and lights directly into the EPS walls (a "closed cell" technology material, unlike common polystyrene, it guarantees a high degree of resistance to water infiltration and humidity, which can degrade the structural properties of the material).

The available sizes meet every construction need, while guaranteeing unparalleled ease of installation: it is sufficient to couple the interlocking modules, taking care to reinforce each formwork line. Subsequently, concrete is poured inside the formwork to create a real reinforced concrete wall.

Straight modules: length 1.25 m, height 30 cm.
Specifications: Density PS30, estimated concrete quantity: 0.12 m³ x m².

The simplicity of assembly of the structure is surprising.

Excavation, concrete and iron are excluded.

The innovative OVERFLOW SKIMMER system

Overflow skimmer with a very wide suction mouth (approx. 80 cm wide, 7 cm high) for reinforced concrete pools with PVC lining.

Allowed flow rate: 6 to 10 mc/h.
Material: Made of ABS, UV resistant with wide mouth.
Positioning: Near the edge (up to 8 cm from the pool edge).

Accessories and Integrations

Level control: complete with pipes and additional accessories (€ 499.00 additional).
Bluetooth electrical panel: allows you to turn the filtration system and lighting on and off via a smartphone app, without accessing the physical panel.

Lighting Customization
It is possible to replace the PAR56 lamps included in the kit with tubular lamps. Design lighting kits can be integrated with these to increase light points:

- Small: +2 tubular lamps
- Medium: +4 tubular lamps
- Large: +6 tubular lamps

DETAILS ON LINING (PVC SHEET)

Standard shades: white, sand, basalt grey and medium grey (to be specified at the time of order).
Other shades: available on request by contacting us directly via e-mail or phone.

The PVC sheet supplied in our kits will make your pool elegant and perfectly finished. This lining has a special lacquer that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays and atmospheric agents, thus preserving the beauty and vibrancy of the color. Furthermore, it is durable over time thanks to the special polyester reinforcement placed in the center of its various layers. Cleaning operations are also reduced because the liner is anti-limescale and resistant to attack by sun creams and any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores).

Installation Notes: the sheet must be heat-welded on site using a leister or a heat gun.

Customization: Stairs or Beach Area
It is possible to customize the pool by choosing between two different access solutions:

- The STAIRS are a pre-assembled block, easy and quick to install.
Supplied with plasticized corners for perfect liner laying. Includes a coil of armed anti-slip safety PVC liner.
- The BEACH AREA must be assembled on site. Supplied with plasticized corners for perfect liner laying. Includes a coil of armed anti-slip safety PVC liner. Suitable for creating a beach area with a maximum size of 10m².
