EASYBLOK SYSTEM

Thanks to this innovative system, building a reinforced concrete pool is easy, fast and economical.

Rectangular pools can be created, which can be conveniently accessorized by inserting inlets, skimmers and lights directly into the EPS walls (a material with "closed cell" technology, unlike common polystyrene, it guarantees a high degree of resistance to water and humidity infiltration, which lead to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics).

The available formats meet every construction need, while ensuring unparalleled ease of installation: simply interlock the modules, making sure to reinforce each line of formwork. Then, pour the concrete inside the formwork to create a true reinforced concrete wall.

Straight modules: 1.25 m long, 30 cm high.
Specifications: PS30 density, estimated cement quantity: 0.12 m³ x m².

The simplicity of assembling the structure is surprising.

Excavation, concrete and rebar are excluded.

The innovative OVERFLOW SKIMMER system

Overflow skimmer with a very wide suction opening (approx. 80 cm wide, 7 cm high) for reinforced concrete pools with PVC lining.

Allowed flow rate: 6 to 10 m³/h.
Material: Made of ABS, UV-resistant with a wide opening.
Placement: Near the edge (up to 8 cm from the pool edge).

Recommendations: The installation of an automatic level regulator is recommended.

Accessories and Integrations

Level control: complete with pipes and additional accessories (€ 499.00 extra).
Bluetooth electrical panel: allows you to start and stop the filtration system and lighting via a smartphone app, without accessing the physical panel.

Lighting Customization
It is possible to replace the PAR56 lamps included in the kit with tubular lamps. Design lighting kits can be integrated with these to increase the number of light points:

- Small: +2 tubular lamps
- Medium: +4 tubular lamps
- Large: +6 tubular lamps

DETAILS ON THE LINING (PVC SHEET)

Standard shades: white, sand, basalt grey and medium grey (to be specified at the time of order).
Other shades: available upon request by contacting us directly via e-mail or phone.

The PVC sheet provided in our kits will make your pool elegant and perfectly finished. This lining has a special lacquering that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays and atmospheric agents, thus preserving the beauty and vibrancy of the color. Furthermore, it is durable over time thanks to the special polyester reinforcement placed in the center of its various layers. Cleaning interventions are also reduced because the liner is anti-limescale and resistant to attack from sun creams and any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores).

Installation Notes: The liner must be heat-welded on-site using a Leister or a heat gun.

Customization: Steps or Beach Entry
The pool can be customized by choosing between two different access solutions:

- The STEPS are a pre-assembled block, easy and quick to install.
Supplied with plasticized corner pieces for a perfect liner installation. Includes a roll of anti-slip PVC reinforced liner for safety.
- The BEACH ENTRY , on the other hand, needs to be assembled on-site. Supplied with plasticized corner pieces for a perfect liner installation. Includes a roll of anti-slip PVC reinforced liner for safety. Suitable for creating a beach entry up to a maximum size of 10sqm.
