EASYBLOK SYSTEM

Thanks to this innovative system, building a reinforced concrete pool is easy, fast, and economical.

You can build rectangular pools, easily accessorized by inserting inlets, skimmers, and lights directly into the walls of EPS (a material with "closed-cell" technology, unlike common polystyrene, it ensures a high degree of resistance to water infiltration and humidity which lead to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics).

The available formats meet every construction need, ensuring unparalleled ease of installation at the same time: simply interlock the modules, taking care to reinforce each line of formwork. Afterwards, the concrete is poured inside the formwork to create a real reinforced concrete wall.

Straight modules: length 1.25 m, 30 cm high.
Specifications: PS30 density, estimated cement quantity: 0.12 m³ per m².

The simplicity of assembling the structure is surprising.

Excavation, concrete and rebar are excluded.

INNOVATIVE SKIMMER OVERFLOW SYSTEM

Overflow skimmer with a very wide suction mouth (approx. 80 cm wide, 7 cm high) for reinforced concrete pools with PVC lining.

Permitted flow rate: from 6 to 10 mc/h.
Material: Made of ABS, UV-resistant with a wide mouth.
Placement: Close to the edge (up to 8 cm from the pool edge).

Accessories and Integrations

Level control: complete with pipes and completion accessories (€ 499.00 additional).
Bluetooth electrical panel: allows starting and stopping the filtration system and lighting via smartphone app, without accessing the physical panel.

Lighting Customization
It is possible to replace the PAR56 lamps included in the kit with tubular lamps. Design lighting kits can be integrated with these to increase the number of light points:

- Small: +2 tubular lamps
- Medium: +4 tubular lamps
- Large: +6 tubular lamps

DETAILS ON THE LINING (PVC SHEETING)

Standard shades: white, sand, basalt gray and medium gray (to be specified at the time of order).
Other shades: available upon request by contacting us directly via email or phone.

The PVC sheeting supplied in our kits will make your pool elegant and perfectly finished. This lining has a special lacquering that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays, and atmospheric agents, thus preserving the beauty and vibrancy of its color. Furthermore, it is durable over time thanks to the special polyester reinforcement placed in the center of its various layers. Cleaning operations are also reduced because the liner is anti-limescale and resistant to attack by sun creams and any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores).

Notes for Installation: it is necessary to heat-weld the sheeting on site using a leister or a heat gun.

Customization: Ladder or Beach Area
It is possible to customize the pool by choosing between two different access solutions:

- The LADDER is a pre-assembled block, easy and quick to install.
Supplied with plasticized corners for perfect liner installation. Includes a coil of armed anti-slip safety PVC sheeting.
- The BEACH AREA , on the other hand, needs to be assembled on site. Supplied with plasticized corners for perfect liner installation. Includes a coil of armed anti-slip safety PVC sheeting. Suitable for creating a beach area with a maximum size of 10m².
