EASYBLOK SYSTEM

Thanks to this innovative system, building a reinforced concrete pool is easy, fast, and economical.

Rectangular pools can be created, easily accessorized by inserting inlets, skimmers, and lights directly into the walls of EPS (material with "closed-cell" technology, unlike common polystyrene, it guarantees a high degree of resistance to water and moisture infiltrationwhich leads to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics).

The available sizes meet every construction need, while ensuring unparalleled ease of installation: it is sufficient to interlock the modules, taking care to reinforce each line of formwork. Subsequently, concrete is poured into the formwork to create a real reinforced concrete wall.

Straight modules: length 1.25 m, height 30 cm.
Specifications: PS30 density, estimated cement quantity: 0.12 m³ x m².

The simplicity of assembling the structure is surprising.

Excavation, cement, and rebar are excluded.

The innovative OVERFLOW SKIMMER system

Overflow skimmer with a very wide suction opening (approx. 80 cm wide, 7 cm high) for reinforced concrete pools with PVC lining.

Permitted flow rate: 6 to 10 mc/h.
Material: Made of ABS, UV resistant with a wide mouth.
Placement: Close to the edge (up to 8 cm from the pool edge).

Accessories and Integrations

Level control: complete with pipes and complementary accessories (€ 499.00 additional).
Bluetooth electrical panel: allows starting and stopping the filtration system and lighting via a smartphone app, without accessing the physical panel.

Lighting Customization
It is possible to replace the PAR56 lamps included in the kit with tubular lamps. Design lighting kits can be integrated with these to increase the light points:

- Small: +2 tubular lamps
- Medium: +4 tubular lamps
- Large: +6 tubular lamps

LINING DETAILS (PVC SHEET)

Standard shades: white, sand, basalt gray, and medium gray (to be specified at the time of order).
Other shades: available upon request by contacting us directly via e-mail or phone.

The PVC liner provided in our kits will make your pool elegant and perfectly finished. This lining features a special lacquer that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays, and atmospheric agents, thus preserving the beauty and vibrancy of its color. Furthermore, it is durable over time thanks to the special polyester reinforcement placed in the center of its various layers. Cleaning is also reduced because the liner is anti-limescale and resistant to sunscreen and potential microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores).

Installation Notes: The liner must be heat-welded on-site using a leister or a hot air gun.

Customization: Steps or Beach Entry
You can customize the pool by choosing between two different access solutions:

- The STEPS are a pre-assembled block, quick and easy to install.
Supplied with plasticized corners for perfect liner installation. Includes a roll of anti-slip reinforced PVC liner for safety.
- The BEACH ENTRY , on the other hand, needs to be assembled on-site. Supplied with plasticized corners for perfect liner installation. Includes a roll of anti-slip reinforced PVC liner for safety. Suitable for creating a beach entry of a maximum size of 10sqm.
