EASYBLOK SYSTEM

Thanks to this innovative system, building a reinforced concrete pool is easy, fast, and economical.

Rectangular pools can be built, easily equipped with nozzles, skimmers, and lights directly inserted into the walls of EPS (a material with “closed-cell” technology, unlike common polystyrene, it guarantees a high degree of resistance to water infiltration and humidity that lead to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics).

The available formats meet every construction need, while ensuring unparalleled ease of installation: simply interlock the modules, ensuring that each formwork line is reinforced. Subsequently, concrete is poured into the formwork to create a true reinforced concrete wall.

Straight modules: 1.25 m long, 30 cm high.
Specifications: PS30 density, estimated cement quantity: 0.12 m³ x m².

The simplicity of assembling the structure is surprising.

Excavation, concrete, and iron are excluded.

The innovative OVERFLOW SKIMMER system

Overflow skimmer with a very wide suction mouth (approx. 80 cm wide, 7 cm high) for reinforced concrete pools with PVC lining.

Admitted flow rate: 6 to 10 m³/h.
Material: UV-resistant ABS with a wide mouth.
Placement: Near the edge (up to 8 cm from the pool edge).

Lighting Customization
The PAR56 lamps included in the kit can be replaced with tubular lamps. Design lighting kits can be integrated with these to increase light points:

- Small: +2 tubular lamps
- Medium: +4 tubular lamps
- Large: +6 tubular lamps

LINING DETAILS (PVC SHEET)

Standard shades: white, sand, basalt gray, and medium gray (to be specified when ordering).
Other shades: available on request by contacting us directly via e-mail or phone.

The PVC sheet provided in our kits will make your pool elegant and perfectly finished. This lining has a special lacquering that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays, and atmospheric agents, thus preserving the beauty and vibrancy of its color. Furthermore, it is durable over time thanks to the special polyester reinforcement placed in the center of its various layers. Cleaning operations are also reduced because the liner is anti-limescale and resistant to attack from sun creams and any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores).

Installation Notes: It is necessary to heat-seal the sheet on-site using a leister or a hot air gun.

Customization: Stair or Beach entry
You can customize the pool by choosing between two different access solutions:

- The STAIR is a pre-assembled block, easy and quick to install.
Supplied with plasticized corners for a professional sheet installation. Includes a roll of non-slip safety reinforced PVC sheet.
- The BEACH ENTRY must be assembled on-site. Supplied with plasticized corners for a professional sheet installation. Includes a roll of non-slip safety reinforced PVC sheet. Suitable for creating a beach area of maximum 10 sqm.
