EASYBLOK SYSTEM

Thanks to this innovative system, building a reinforced concrete pool is easy, fast and economical.

Rectangular pools can be built and easily accessorized by inserting jets, skimmers, and lights directly into the EPS walls (a material with "closed-cell" technology, unlike common polystyrene, which guarantees a high degree of resistance to water and humidity infiltration that leads to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics).

The available formats meet every construction need, while guaranteeing unparalleled ease of installation: it is sufficient to couple the interlocking modules, taking care to reinforce each line of formwork. Then, pour the concrete into the formwork to create a true reinforced concrete wall.

Straight modules: length 1.25 m, height 30 cm.
Specifications: Density PS30, estimated concrete quantity: 0.12 m³ x m².

The simplicity of assembling the structure is surprising.

Excavation, concrete, and rebar are excluded.

The innovative OVERFLOW SKIMMER system

Overflow skimmer with a very wide suction opening (approx. 80 cm wide, 7 cm high) for reinforced concrete pools with PVC lining.

Admissible flow rate: 6 to 10 mc/h.
Material: Made of UV-resistant ABS with a wide opening.
Positioning: Close to the edge (up to 8 cm from the pool edge).

Accessories and Integrations

Level control: complete with pipes and additional accessories (€ 499.00 extra).
Bluetooth electrical panel: allows you to start and stop the filtration system and lighting via a smartphone app, without accessing the physical panel.

Lighting Customization
It is possible to replace the PAR56 lamps included in the kit with tubular lamps. Design lighting kits can be integrated with these to increase the number of light points:

- Small: +2 tubular lamps
- Medium: +4 tubular lamps
- Large: +6 tubular lamps

LINING DETAILS (PVC SHEET)

Standard shades: white, sand, basalt gray and medium gray (to be specified at the time of order).
Other shades: available upon request by contacting us directly via email or phone.

The PVC liner supplied in our kits will make your pool elegant and perfectly finished. This lining has a special lacquer that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays, and atmospheric agents, thus preserving the beauty and vibrancy of its color. Furthermore, it is durable over time thanks to the special polyester reinforcement placed in the center of its various layers. Cleaning operations are also reduced because the liner is anti-limescale and resistant to attack by sun creams and any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores).

Installation Notes: It is necessary to heat-weld the liner on site using a leister or a heat gun.

Customization: Staircase or Beach
It is possible to customize the pool by choosing between two different access solutions:

- The STAIRCASE is a pre-assembled block, easy and quick to install.
Supplied with plasticized corner pieces for perfect liner installation. Includes a roll of non-slip safety reinforced PVC liner.
- The BEACH , on the other hand, needs to be assembled on site. Supplied with plasticized corner pieces for perfect liner installation. Includes a roll of non-slip safety reinforced PVC liner. Suitable for creating a beach with a maximum area of 10m².
