To build your reinforced concrete pool simply, economically and quickly, there is nothing better than this innovative kit!
Thanks to the easy installation of the formwork and the filter wall, you can build the pool of your dreams independently and without sacrificing aesthetics. The formwork is made of EPS, a material with "closed-cell" technology which, unlike common polystyrene, guarantees a high degree of resistance to water infiltration and humidity that leads to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics.
To create the structure, simply connect the interlocking modules, making sure to reinforce each line of formwork. Afterwards, the concrete is poured inside the formwork to form a real reinforced concrete wall.

With this kit, it is possible to build an in-ground or semi-in-ground pool.

The filter wall allows you to build a pool in a few simple steps.
It is sufficient to build the pool shell, without any pre-arrangement, except for the space needed to install the filter wall (or filter walls in case of building particularly large pools). The wall, in addition to filtering the water thanks to its professional cartridges with a large filtering surface, will contain the lighting, the electrical panel, the filtration pump, and possibly also the by-pass for the preparation of electrolysis systems or heat pumps.

The installation and management of this pool kit are made even simpler by the innovative GS14 filter wall. The filter wall is installed directly on the pool wall and includes everything necessary for water recirculation and lighting, thus facilitating the construction of the pool. Next to the pool, it will be necessary to prepare a space for the technical room, which will be connected directly to one wall of the pool.

LINER DETAILS (PVC SHEET)
The liner is available in 4 shades: white, sand, basalt grey, and medium grey (specify when ordering). The liner has a special lacquer that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays, and atmospheric agents. Thanks to the polyester reinforcement, it is durable, anti-limescale, and resistant to sunscreens and microorganisms. Note: The liner must be heat-welded on-site with a leister or hot air gun.

IMPORTANT: when creating the concrete slab for the pool base, it is necessary to also consider the footprint of the filter wall, which will always rest on the slab. Therefore, where the filter wall is to be positioned, it is necessary to consider an overall dimension of 110 cm (depth) x 90 cm (width).

CONSTRUCTION PHASES:

• Excavation based on the necessary dimensions (also consider the support space for the filter wall - or filter walls - on the side where it will be positioned: 110 cm depth by 90 cm width for each filter wall)
• Creation of the concrete slab - an average of 20 -25 cm with electro-welded mesh
• Installation of Easyblok with reinforcement and GS14 filter wall
• Assembly of the formwork in front of and behind the filter wall (to ensure the concrete holds during pouring)
• Pouring of the structure
• Removal of the formwork
• Laying of the polyurethane mat
• Laying of the reinforced PVC liner
• Assembly of seals on skimmer, nozzles, and projector
