To build your reinforced concrete swimming pool simply, economically and quickly, there is nothing better than this innovative kit!
Thanks to the easy installation of the formwork and the filter wall, you will build the pool of your dreams independently and without compromising on aesthetics. The formwork is made of EPS, a material with "closed cell" technology which, unlike common polystyrene, guarantees a high degree of resistance to water infiltration and humidity that lead to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics.
To build the structure, it is sufficient to connect the interlocking modules, taking care to reinforce each line of formwork. Afterwards, the concrete is poured inside the formwork to form a real reinforced concrete wall.

With this kit, it is possible to build an in-ground or semi-in-ground swimming pool.

The filter wall allows you to build a swimming pool in a few simple steps.
It is sufficient to build the tank, without any special preparation, except for the space required for the installation of the filter wall (or filter walls in the case of particularly large pools). The wall, in addition to filtering the water thanks to its professional cartridges with a large filtering surface, will contain the lighting, the electrical panel, the filtration pump, and possibly also the bypass for the predisposition of electrolysis systems or a heat pump.

The installation and management of this pool kit are made even simpler by the innovative GS14 filter wall. The filter wall is installed directly on the pool wall and includes everything necessary for water recirculation and lighting, thus facilitating the construction of the pool. Next to the pool, it will be necessary to prepare a space for the technical room, which will be directly connected to one wall of the tank.

LINER DETAILS (PVC SHEET)
The liner is available in 4 shades: white, sand, basalt grey, and medium grey (please specify when ordering). The lining has a special lacquer that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays, and atmospheric agents. Thanks to the polyester reinforcement, it is durable, anti-limescale, and resistant to sun creams and microorganisms. Note: The liner needs to be heat-sealed on site with a Leister or hot air gun.

IMPORTANT: when creating the concrete slab for the pool base, it is necessary to also consider the footprint of the filter wall, which will always rest on the slab. Therefore, where the filter wall is to be positioned, a space of 110 cm (depth) x 90 cm (width) must be considered.

CONSTRUCTION PHASES:

• Excavation based on the necessary dimensions (also consider the support space for the filter wall - or filter walls - on the side where it will be positioned: 110 cm depth by 90 cm width for each filter wall)
• Creation of the concrete slab - average 20-25 cm with electro-welded mesh
• Easyblok installation with reinforcement and GS14 filter wall
• Assembly of the formwork in front of and behind the filter wall (to ensure the concrete holds during pouring)
• Structure pouring
• Removal of the formwork
• Laying of the polyurethane mattress
• Laying of the reinforced PVC liner
