50 m Lane Line

MAXI COMP/S floating lane line designed for Olympic or top-level competitions.
Consists of a sequence of wave-breaking elements with a diameter of 150 mm.
AISI 316 stainless steel rope (4 mm diameter) included. Tensioners and accessories must be purchased separately.

The MAXI COMP/S lane lines, designed for Olympic or top-level competitions, consist of a sequence of wave-breaking elements with a diameter of 150 mm.
The particular shape of the floats, characterized by their large diameter and special finning, gives the lane an exceptional wave-breaking effect.

In fact, the kinetic energy of the waves, caused by the swimmer during the race, is absorbed by the special finning which, due to the particular arrangement of the line, submerged for about half its depth, achieves its maximum effect.
A fundamental characteristic of this line is the absence of visible floating elements, which are instead housed inside the float.

This prevents possible crushing or wear of these elements, a feature not guaranteed by other wave-breaking lines on the market.
The operation of winding the lane onto the reel when it is removed from the pool is also facilitated, especially due to the simplicity of the floats and the reduced weight of the lane as a whole.

MATERIAL USED
Floats molded in polypropylene with special anti-ultraviolet additives for unlimited resistance to light, stress, and disinfection products used in the pool. Internal floating element in polyethylene. AISI 316 stainless steel rope, 49 strands - Ø 4 mm.

SAFETY IN USE
The elements that make up the lane are molded from soft plastic material, which provides a very important safety effect in use.

COLORS
Yellow, blue, white, red - combinable to form color sequences in accordance with international FINA standards.

INSTALLATION
The use of the following is envisaged:

• pair of stainless steel tensioners
  
• stainless steel tensioner and cable-saving spring
  
• lever-type stainless steel tensioner and cable-saving spring
  
• reel tensioner and cable-saving spring

WARRANTY

• The lane is guaranteed for 24 months
  
• The warranty covers plastic parts, excluding attachment elements (tensioners, springs, etc.) and the rope.
