Floats spaced every 50 cm

NORM/50 floating lane made of special anti-light and anti-corrosion treated polypropylene.
AISI 316 stainless steel cable (diam. 4 mm) included. Tensioners and accessories must be purchased separately.

MATERIALS USED
Special polypropylene, with additives for light and corrosion resistance.

COLOUR
Standard colour: red/white.
The lanes are supplied with alternating red and white floats, or according to the FINA sequence: the first five metres of each end are red with white inserts at every metre end; the remainder is white, with a red insert at the half-way point of the lane.

FINA RULES
Number of floating lanes: must be equal to the number of swimming lanes plus one.
Distance of the two outer lanes from the side edges of the pool: 50 cm.
Dimensions: diameter 5÷10 cm.

INSTALLATION
The use of:

• a pair of eye-hook turnbuckles; 
  
• a pair consisting of a turnbuckle and a thimble spring.
  The turnbuckles are attached to the lane rope with a shackle and thimble; everything is contained within a float for safety reasons.

LENGTH
To avoid problems, it is advisable to precisely indicate the distance between the opposing anchorages to which the floating lanes are to be attached.
