PVC lining is a liner designed to waterproof, protect and decorate the pool, ideal for new constructions and for renovating existing pools.

PVC liner obtained by spreading, composed of plastisol with special chemical-physical properties and a polyester mesh reinforcement. It fully complies with the European standard EN15836-2/2010.

The PVC liner is obtained with an innovative production process that allows the creation of reinforced waterproof synthetic membranes.
The reinforcement is an integral and fundamental part of the membrane itself and determines its high resistance physical-mechanical characteristics.
The production system involves spreading, at room temperature, by means of a spreading head, a mixture of viscous liquid products, called "plastisol", onto a support.
This mixture containing: resins, plasticizers, stabilizers and pigments is what determines the final characteristics of the synthetic PVC lining for pools. After the spreading phase, the plastisol solidifies following a gelling process obtained inside the ovens, by adequately raising the temperature.
The spreading and gelling process is repeated, in-line, four successive times.
The liner is therefore composed of four layers of different formulation, with the insertion, between the second and third layer, perfectly in the center, of an internal reinforcement consisting of a polyester mesh that acts as a reinforcement.
This production system results in a solid molecular bond between the four layers, leading to a single-layer, homogeneous and flexible PVC liner, of remarkable strength with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The special LACQUER on the visible surface of the PVC liner guarantees better resistance to light, to attack by any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores) and to sunscreens. All this allows for fewer cleaning interventions and a longer pool life.

Do not use aggressive products for cleaning the membrane, as they could cause damage to the surface. It is advisable to start by using a soapy water solution, avoiding abrasive products.
Proper water treatment must be ensured for the entire service life of the membrane.
