Reinforced PVC liner to be heat-welded on site with a Leister or heat gun.

PVC lining is a liner designed to waterproof, protect, and decorate swimming pools, ideal for new construction and for restoring existing pools.

A perfect aesthetic result is always guaranteed. PVC liner obtained by coating, composed of plastisol with special chemical-physical properties and a polyester mesh reinforcement. It fully complies with European standard EN15836-2/2010.

it finds its place on any load-bearing structure of the pool: reinforced concrete, precast concrete, precast metal panels.

It can be used to line private pools, public swimming facilities, and water parks. The different looks of the PVC liner allow for the desired appearance of the pool water and integrate it perfectly into the surrounding environment.

The water temperature of the pool should never exceed 32 °C.

The production process allows for a polyester mesh to be inserted in the center of the pool liner as a reinforcement. PVC liner obtained with an innovative production process that allows for the creation of reinforced waterproof synthetic membranes.

The reinforcement is an integral and fundamental part of the membrane itself and determines its high physical-mechanical resistance characteristics. The production system involves spreading a viscous liquid product mixture, called "plastisol," on a substrate at room temperature using a spreading head. This mixture containing: resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, and pigments is what determines the final characteristics of the synthetic PVC pool lining. After the spreading phase, the plastisol solidifies following a gelling process obtained inside ovens, through an adequate increase in temperature.

The spreading and gelling process is repeated in-line, four successive times. The PVC liner is therefore composed of four layers of different formulation, with the insertion, between the second and third layer, perfectly in the center, of an internal reinforcement consisting of a polyester mesh which serves as reinforcement. This production system creates a strong molecular bond between the four layers, resulting in a single-layer, homogeneous, and flexible PVC liner, of remarkable strength with a thickness of 1.5 mm.

The special LACQUERING on the visible surface of the PVC liner guarantees better resistance to light, to the attack of any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores) and to sunscreens. All this allows for less cleaning and a longer pool life.

For the cleaning of the membrane, do not use aggressive products that could cause damage to the membrane. It is advisable to start by using a soapy water solution, avoiding abrasive products. Correct water treatment must be ensured for the entire useful life of the membrane.
