The PVC lining is a liner designed to waterproof, protect, and decorate the pool, ideal for new constructions and for renovating existing pools.

The reinforcement is an integral and fundamental part of the membrane itself and determines its high physical-mechanical resistance characteristics.
The production system involves applying a mixture of viscous liquid products, called "plastisol," to a substrate at room temperature using a coating head.
This mixture, containing resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, and pigments, is what determines the final characteristics of the synthetic PVC pool lining. After the coating phase, the plastisol solidifies following a gelling process obtained inside ovens, through an adequate temperature increase.

This production system creates a strong molecular bond between the four layers, resulting in a single-layer, homogeneous, and flexible PVC liner of remarkable robustness with a thickness of 1.5 mm.

The special LACQUER on the visible surface of the PVC liner ensures better resistance to light, attack by potential microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores), and sun creams. All this allows for less cleaning and a longer pool life.
For cleaning the membrane, do not use aggressive products that could cause damage to the membrane. It is advisable to start by using a soapy water solution, avoiding abrasive products.
