EASYBLOK SYSTEM

Thanks to this innovative system, building a reinforced concrete pool is easy, fast and economical.

Rectangular pools can be created, easily accessorized by inserting jets, skimmers and lights directly into the walls made of EPS (a material with "closed-cell" technology, unlike common polystyrene, it guarantees a high degree of resistance to water infiltration and humidity that lead to the degradation of the material's structural characteristics).

The available formats meet every construction need, while ensuring unparalleled ease of installation: it is sufficient to interlock the modules, takingcare to reinforce each line of formwork. Then proceedwith pouring concrete inside the formwork to create a real reinforced concrete wall.

Straight modules: 1.25 m long, 30 cm high.
Specifications: PS30 density, estimated cement quantity: 0.12 m³ x m².

The simplicity of assembling the structure is surprising.

Excavation, concrete, and rebar are not included.

The innovative SKIMMER SFIORATORE system

Skimmer with a very wide suction mouth (approx. 80 cm wide, 7 cm high) for reinforced concrete pools with PVC lining.

Permitted flow rate: from 6 to 10 mc/h.
Material: Made of UV-resistant ABS with a wide mouth.
Positioning: Near the edge (up to 8 cm from the pool edge).

Accessories and Integrations

Level control: complete with pipes and additional accessories (€ 499.00 additional).
Bluetooth electrical panel: allows you to start and stop the filtration system and lighting via a smartphone app, without accessing the physical panel.

Lighting Customization
It is possible to replace the PAR56 lamps included in the kit with tubular lamps. Design lighting kits can be integrated with these to increase the number of light points:

- Small: +2 tubular lamps
- Medium: +4 tubular lamps
- Large: +6 tubular lamps

DETAILS ON THE LINING (PVC SHEET)

Standard shades: white, sand, basalt gray and medium gray (to be specified at the time of order).
Other shades: available on request by contacting us directly via e-mail or telephone.

The PVC liner supplied in our kits will make your pool elegant and perfectly finished. This lining has a special lacquer that makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, UV rays and atmospheric agents, thus preserving the beauty and vibrancy of the color. Furthermore, it is durable over time thanks to the special polyester reinforcement placed in the center of the various layers that compose it. Cleaning operations are also reduced because the liner is anti-limescale and resistant to attack from sun creams and any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores).

Installation Notes: It is necessary to heat-weld the liner on site using a leister or a heat gun.

Customization: Steps or Beach Entry
It is possible to customize the pool by choosing between two different access solutions:

- The STAIRS are a pre-assembled block, easy and quick to install.
Supplied with plastic-coated corner pieces for a perfect liner installation. Includes a roll of reinforced anti-slip PVC safety liner.
- The BEACH ENTRY, on the other hand, needs to be assembled on site. Supplied with plastic-coated corner pieces for a perfect liner installation. Includes a roll of reinforced anti-slip PVC safety liner. Suitable for creating a beach entry with a maximum size of 10sqm.
