FIBERPOOL 22 M³/H POOL SAND FILTER FEATURES

High-quality fiberglass Fiber Pool sand filter. Hand-layered to ensure maximum chemical and mechanical resistance.

All internal parts are made of PP, ABS, and PVC. All bolts are made of high-strength INOX material against corrosion and mechanical load, and nuts are nickel-plated brass.

Supplied pre-assembled and with a multi-port valve. Distribution by laterals.

High-efficiency self-priming centrifugal pumps with integrated, large-capacity pre-filter.
Motor completely isolated from water. Extremely quiet and highly reliable, designed for water circulation and filtration in domestic and residential pools.
 

Pump construction features

• Pump body and pre-filter ring in technopolymer reinforced with glass fibers
• Transparent and anti-oxidation polycarbonate pre-filter cover to ensure constant visibility over time
• Nylon filter
• Impeller in technopolymer reinforced with glass fibers, designed to ensure complete coverage and isolation of the motor shaft from the pumped liquid
• Diffuser in reinforced technopolymer
• Mechanical seal in carbon / alumina / NBR / AISI 316
• Pump body O-rings in NBR, screws and reinforcement rings in AISI 316 stainless steel
• Winged fill and drain plugs that do not require tools for removal and repositioning

Motor construction features

• 2-pole asynchronous motor for continuous duty (S1)
• Die-cast aluminum motor housing with cataphoresis surface treatment to prevent oxidation even in aggressive environments
• Mounting base supplied as standard with rubber feet to reduce vibrations
• Single-phase version with built-in thermal protection and permanently inserted capacitor (PSC), internally assembled in the terminal box for all versions.
