25-meter lane line

MAXI-ANTI/O model floating lane line, 25 m long, made of special polypropylene treated against light and corrosion.
AISI 316 stainless steel cable (4 mm diam.) included. Tensioners and accessories to be purchased separately.
Color: alternating white-red or red-white sequence in accordance with F.I.N.A.

The MAXI ANTI/O lane lines, designed for Olympic or top-level competitions, consist of a sequence of wave-breaking elements with a diameter of 150 mm and watertight polyethylene floats with a diameter of 64 mm.

The particular shape of the discs, characterized by their large diameter, finning, and the presence of 300 small diameter holes (5 mm) in the wall, gives the line an exceptional wave-breaking effect.
Indeed, the kinetic energy of the waves, caused by the swimmer in competition, is absorbed by the special finning which, due to the particular setup of the line immersed for more than half its depth, achieves its maximum effect.
The perforations in the finned wall, in addition to lightening the disc, allow it to absorb the last residual energies.

Particular care in the design of this line for Olympic competitions has been dedicated to the sizing of the watertight floats, which are shaped in such a way that they cannot be crushed or stressed by the wave-breaking discs when the line is wound on the appropriate reels, nor can they be damaged by hitting the edge of the pool when the lines themselves are removed from the pool.
