Reinforced PVC liner to be heat-welded on site with a Leister or hot air gun.
PVC lining is a liner designed to waterproof, protect, and decorate the pool, ideal for new constructions and for renovating existing pools.
A perfect aesthetic result is always guaranteed. PVC liner made by spreading, composed of plastisol with special chemical-physical properties and a polyester mesh reinforcement. It fully complies with the European standard EN15836-2/2010.

it can be used on any load-bearing pool structure: reinforced concrete, pre-fabricated reinforced concrete, pre-fabricated metal panels.
It can be used to line private pools, public swimming facilities, and water parks. The different looks of the PVC liner allow for giving the pool water the desired appearance and integrating it perfectly into the surrounding environment.
The pool water temperature should never exceed 32 °C.
The production process allows for a polyester mesh to be inserted in the center of the pool liner for reinforcement. PVC liner obtained through an innovative production process that allows for the creation of reinforced waterproofing synthetic membranes.
The reinforcement is an integral and fundamental part of the membrane itself and determines its high physical-mechanical resistance characteristics. The production system involves spreading, at room temperature, a viscous liquid product mixture, called 'plastisol', onto a substrate using a spreading head. This mixture containing: resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, and pigments is what determines the final characteristics of the synthetic PVC pool liner. After the spreading phase, the plastisol solidifies following a gelation process obtained inside the ovens through an adequate temperature increase.
The spreading and gelation process is repeated, in line, four successive times. The PVC liner is therefore composed of four layers of different formulation, with the insertion, between the second and third layer, perfectly in the center, of an internal reinforcement consisting of a polyester mesh that performs the reinforcing function. This production system creates a strong molecular bond between the four layers, resulting in a single-layer, homogeneous, and flexible PVC liner of considerable robustness with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The special LACQUERING on the visible surface of the PVC liner guarantees better resistance to light, to the attack of any microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores), and to sun creams. All this allows for less cleaning and a longer pool life.
For cleaning the membrane, do not use aggressive products that could cause damage to the membrane. It is advisable to initially use a soapy water solution, avoiding abrasive products. Correct water treatment must be guaranteed for the entire useful life of the membrane.
