Reinforced PVC lining sheet for on-site heat-welding with Leister or hot air gun.
The PVC lining is a liner designed to waterproof, protect, and decorate the pool, ideal for new constructions and for renovating existing pools.
A perfect aesthetic result is always guaranteed. PVC liner obtained by coating, composed of plastisol with special chemical-physical properties and a polyester mesh reinforcement. It fully complies with European standard EN15836-2/2010.

It is suitable for any load-bearing pool structure: reinforced concrete, precast reinforced concrete, precast metal panels.
It can be used to line private pools, public swimming facilities, and water parks.
The different looks of the PVC liner allow for the desired appearance of the pool water and its perfect integration into the surrounding environment.
The pool water temperature must never exceed 32°C.
The production process allows for the insertion of a polyester mesh in the center of the pool liner for reinforcement purposes
PVC liner obtained with an innovative production process that allows for the creation of reinforced synthetic waterproofing membranes.
The reinforcement is an integral and fundamental part of the membrane itself and determines its high physical-mechanical resistance characteristics.
The production system involves spreading, at room temperature, a viscous liquid product mixture, called "plastisol", onto a substrate using a coating head.
This mixture containing: resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, and pigments is what determines the final characteristics of the synthetic PVC pool lining. After the spreading phase, the plastisol solidifies following a gelling process obtained inside the ovens, by an adequate temperature increase.
The spreading and gelling process is repeated, in-line, four consecutive times.
The PVC liner is therefore composed of four layers of different formulation, with the insertion, between the second and third layer, perfectly in the center, of an internal reinforcement consisting of a polyester mesh which acts as reinforcement.
This production system results, between the four layers, in a strong molecular bond that leads to a single-layer, homogeneous, and flexible PVC liner, of remarkable strength with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The special LACQUERING on the visible surface of the PVC liner guarantees better resistance to light, attack by microorganisms (fungi/bacteria/spores) and sun creams. All this allows for less cleaning and a longer pool life.
For cleaning the membrane, do not use aggressive products that could damage the covering. It is advisable to initially use a soapy water solution, avoiding abrasive products.
Proper water treatment must be guaranteed for the entire useful life of the membrane.
