Terms of Service: Zavattishop.it is the official Service Center in Italy. We will arrange the FREE collection of the poolcleaner directly from your home. Within one week, you will receive a cost estimate that you can accept or decline. If you refuse the repair, upon return of the cleaner you will only be required to pay the fixed costs (€50.00 for collection and redelivery with insured shipping + suitable packaging materials + €50.00 for testing, check-up, and diagnostics). If you decide to proceed with the repair, you will be required the full quoted amount. You may choose from several payment methods to place the order.
IMPORTANT: We recommend carefully packaging the robot (with power supply, no caddy), placing bubble wrap, polystyrene, or even newspaper inside the box to protect the cleaner and prevent damage during transport. Please use boxes no larger than 50 x 50 x 50 cm. Inadequate packaging will result in an additional charge on handling costs.
We also ask that, upon delivery of the repaired robot, the courier’s delivery note be signed with “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.”
By accepting the service terms and conditions, the customer declares to have viewed the robot packaging tutorial video available on our YouTube channel, or that they may request it via email.
Transport responsibility lies with the customer, even if the collection is arranged by us.
Please write our address (recipient: ZAVATTI S.R.L. - VIA ABETONE BRENNERO, 144 - 46025 POGGIO RUSCO MN - ITALIA) on the package to avoid any issues or loss. Before carrying out any repair, a quotation will be sent for acceptance and signature.
