Terms of Service: Zavattishop.it is the official Service Center in Italy. We'll collect your pool robot for free, directly at your home. Within a week we'll be sent you a quotation that you can accept or not. If you refuse the repairation, you'll only have to pay the fixed costs (€ 50.00 for pickup and return - insured shipping + packaging with suitable stuff). If you want to repair the pool robot, you have to pay the quotation. You can choose from several payment methods.
IMPORTANT: We recommend you to pack the pool robot carefully (with transformer, no caddy cart), placing bubble wrap, styrofoam, or simple newspaper sheets inside to protect the cleaner during transport. Please, use boxes no larger than 50 x 50 x 50 cm. If packaging is unsuitable 
will be charged a supplement.
When the robot returns sign the courier receipt with RESERVE OF CONTROL.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions of Service, the customer declares that he/she has viewed the robot packing video tutorial on our youtube channel or can request it by email.
The responsibility for the shipping is of the customer even if the pick-up is arranged by us.
Please write our address (recipient: ZAVATTI S.R.L. - VIA ABETONE BRENNERO, 144 - 46025 POGGIO RUSCO MN) on the package to avoid loss. Before any repairation to the pool robot will be sent a quotation to sign for acceptance.
