1. DEFINITION AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 - This agreement ("Agreement") is a distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 and ss. Legislative Decree no. September 6, 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract for the sale of goods between Zavattishop.com of Zavatti Srl, with registered office at Via Abetone Brennero Poggio Rusco MN 144 and MN headquarters in Poggio Rusco Via Abetone Brennero, 144, CF 02386910208, P.I. 02386910208 ("Zavattishop") and the customer ("Customer"). 2. PRICES
The selling prices of the products shown on the Site and / or through any other means of distance marketing of Zavattishop include VAT and all other taxes. 3. METHOD 'OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

TRANSPORT COSTS SHOWN REFER ONLY TO ITALIAN TERRITORY.
4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - COMPLAINTS
4.1 - Zavattishop delivery of the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 30 (thirty) days after the conclusion of the Contract.

5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Zavattishop accepts customer orders for the quantity of products requested in stock. Zavattishop agrees to promptly notify the Customer any unforeseen breakdown in stocks due to excess demand or other causes.
6. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
For products purchased by the customer are applicable to Zavattishop rules on guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods.
WARRANTIES:
One year, when sales to business or profession (subject to VAT) (ex art. 1495 cc);
Two years, if described as fiscally sold to private (D. Leg. 206/2005).
7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer represents and warrants that: to be a consumer in accordance with Art. 3 of the Consumer Code, to be an adult, that the data supplied by the same for the execution of the Agreement are true and correct.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.0 - Who can apply: The right of withdrawal does not cover every buyer. The first limitation is its application only to consumers. Despite past attempts to interpret such extended term, it is well established that this term can only identify the natural person who is acting outside of their professional activities. The Civil Code, in fact, describes it this way: "the consumer is a natural person who is acting for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity" (Art. 1469a). In essence, companies and professionals with VAT can not claim the right of withdrawal for purchases made in that capacity.
8.1 - The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days of receipt of goods. The Client may exercise the right of withdrawal, within that period, manifesting through a written notice at the registered office of Zavattishop in art. 4, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by telegram, telex, electronic mail or fax.
8.2 - Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice following the instructions included therein, within 10 days of receipt of goods. Pursuant to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the customer is not entitled to withdraw in the following cases:
• Using any part of the fine and any supplies
• The lack of external and / or internal packaging;
• The absence of elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc ...);
• Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation
• may not exercise the right of withdrawal customers who purchase with VAT
• Supply of products tailored or personalized or which by their very nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Products ordered specially for the customer to suppliers or products used, refurbished and repared.

8.3 - The costs of returning goods are the responsibility of the customer. Zavattishop return within 20 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer: the full price paid by the customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functions, ie the part of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the customer who has used the product in any appreciable way and / or likely to significantly diminish the value.
• The merchandise must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc..)
