How does the control of your Dolphin pool robot take place?

After receiving the maintenance request mail, our Maytronics service office, we will immediately send the courier to collect your Dolphin E10 pool robot at your home. The check-up certified and authorized by the parent company, is developed in two phases: one dedicated to digital diagnostics, where you will check the hours of operation and any errors recorded in the life of the robot; the other, instead, with water tests to verify and test the mechanical problems.

At the end of the two control phases, we will send you an estimate for your Dolphin E10 pool robot. In case of acceptance of the estimate within 48 hours, you will receive your fully functional pool robot with an exclusive 12-month warranty on the intervention.
