Pool robot check up request.

The cost for the collection and check up of the cleaner is € 50.

The robot will be picked up directly at your home by an express courier.

A detailed estimate will be sent to you before doing the repair. The estimate must be signed and returned.

You just have to pack the robot, watch the video tutorial (in the gallery).

Service Conditions
Zavatti Shop is an official assistance center for all pool cleaners.
We will withdraw the pool robot directly to your home.
Within a week an estimate, that you can accept or refuse, will be sent to you. If you refuse the repair, you have to pay only the fixed costs. Instead, if you accept the estimate you can choose different payment methods.
IMPORTANT: Pack the robot carefully (with transformer, without cart). Place bubble wrap, polystyrene or simple sheets of newspaper in the box to protect the cleaner and prevent damage during transport.
The responsibility for the transport is of the customer, even if the pick-up is organized by us.
Please, write our adress (consignee: ZAVATTI S.R.L. - VIA ABETONE BRENNERO, 144 - 46025 POGGIO RUSCO MN) on the pack to avoid any problem or loss.
When the repaired robot will be delivered, we ask to signed the transport document with “Goods unchecked”.
By accepting terms and conditions of Assistance, the customer declares to have watched the video tutorial of the robot packaging. You can watch the video in the gallery, on our youtube channel or you can request it by email.
