Nothing better than this innovative kit to build your reinforced concrete swimming pool in simple, cheap and fast way!
Thanks to the easy installation of formworks and filtering wall, you will be able to create the pool of your dreams, independently and without renounce design.
Formworks are in EPS, a material with "closed cell" technology. Unlike the common polystyrene, guarantees a high degree resistance to water and humidity infiltrations which lead to the degradation.
To create pool structure you need to place interlocking modules, taking care to reinforce each line of formwork.
Subsequently proceed with casting inside the formwork, to form a real reinforced concrete wall.
With this kit it's possible to build an in-ground or semi-in-ground pool.

With the filtering panel Filtrinov GS14 you can build a pool in few simple steps.
The only thing to do to fix the filter panel is the preparation of the concrete support base to put that on.
The panel, is a filtering system but is also the container of the pool lighting, of the general electrical panel, of the filtering pump. In addiction, you can fix the by-pass for setting up electrolysis systems or heat pump.

The filter panel is installed on the wall of the pool.
Includes everything needed for water recirculation and lighting, facilitating the realization of the pool.
Next to the pool, you need to prepare a space to place the technical room, which will be connected directly to a pool wall.

The reinforced PVC cover sheet of the swimming pool construction kits is beautiful and lasts over time.
The special lacquering makes it super smooth, resistant to chlorine, resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents. In this way the colour remains intense and bright.
Resists limescale, resists grease and fungi and bacteria.
Special weave with polyester mesh in the centre.
It is necessary to heat-seal the sheet on site with a hot leister or a phoon.

 
 

 

IMPORTANT: creating the concrete slab for the pool base, you need to consider the size of the filter panel, that will always rest on the slab. So, where you want place filtering panel, you need a space of 110 cm (depth) x 90 cm (width).

CONSTRUCTION STEPS:

- Excavation (also consider the support space of filtering panel - or of filtering panels - on the side where it will be positioned: 110 cm depth by 90 cm width for each filtering wall)
- Concrete slab
- Easyblok installation and reinforcement, installation of GS14 filtering panel
- Put formwork in front of and behind the filter wall (to ensure sealing during concrete casting)
- Concrete casting
- Removing the formwork
- Laying of the polyurethane mat
- Laying of the reinforced PVC sheet
- Assembling the gaskets on the skimmer, nozzles and floodlight
