10kg Drum of granular chlorine.
Specific product for shock treatment.
Chlorine is the main chemical treatment to be used in swimming pools, its disinfection is essential to have clear, sanitized and clean water.
Package 10kg granular Chlorine
Chemical Granular Chlorine 56/63%
Granular Chlorine is a premium quality water sanitizer.
Certificated product.
This product, in addition to pH value, is the most important treatment for swimming pool. A frequent and continuous chlorination is a fundamental condition for safe water disinfection. A correct pH value (7.2-7,4) and a correct chlorine value (06 to 1.0 ppm) will ensure pure water, healthy and crystal clear.
Chlorine, depending on pH and organic substances present in the water, will tend to form combined chlorine that is the real culprit of "chlorine smell", burning of the eyes and mucous membranes. This unpleasant problem occurs mainly when the dosage of chlorine is insufficient; in fact it could be solved with a shock dose of chlorine.
A correct chlorination must be faced with specific and valid products.
GRANULAR CHLORINE 56/63%
Applications
Chlorine 63 is a fast dissolving chlorine for the disinfection of swimming pool water. It's a product with high stability to photolysis and evaporation, it develops a chlorine acidic solution with consequent reduction of corrector acid consumption. The chlorine, in addition to disinfection, also exerts an oxidizing function, thus eliminating the organic substances not filterable.
Use and dose
Chlorine 63 can be used manually or mechanically, by means of a metering pump connected to a small tank containing the solution of chlorine and water.
DOSAGE: Maintain the chlorine between 1.3 and 1.5 ppm (from 2 to 2.4 grams / cubic meter of dichloro isocyanurate sodium 56/63%).
Shock Treatment (break point): from 5 to 10 ppm depending on the concentration of combined chlorine (from 8.4 to 16.5 g / cubic meter)
CONSUMPTION: Consumption can vary from 1 to 3 ppm as a function of temperature, the nature of makeup and frequency system.
Composition: Chlorine

Chemical Granular Chlorine 10 Kg
56/63% GRANULAR CHLORINE
Chemical product certified and registered with the Ministry of Health.
Specified for public or private pool disinfection.
This is the most common question among pool owners but it should not scare you. Diklor Super, as well as any other pool chemical, needs to know how to use...or perhaps better said: dose! Chlorine is the most powerful agent that can ensure bacteriologically pure water.
In fact, when used and dosed properly, it keeps the water healthy without causing contraindications such as the famous “chlorine smell” or skin discomfort. For this reason, one can avoid evaluating the costly and often problematic installation of salt, osmosis or magmapool sanitization systems and ionizers.
Diklor Shock contains “isocyanurates,” which are capable, over time (although we can safely reason in the long term) of removing oxygenation from the water. As for, on the other hand, classic outdoor pools, the problem of oxygenation, with the correct and constant controls, does not arise, and there are all the right tools to prevent water saturation.
Granular chlorine should be used only in exceptional cases: at the opening and closing of the pool, after a storm, or after a pool party when many people have whaled.
These are, therefore, shock treatments to reestablish proper disinfection of the water.
You have to use it, if necessary, always and only with the pH stabilized and with the system on for 24 hours after the treatment. Then you can return to use Tablok Super multifunction tablets for weekly maintenance of active disinfection.
By creating a peak of disinfection it is very effective in eliminating algae, as an initial treatment after months of a stationary, covered pool or before closing it.
Granular chlorine is the most effective chemical for pool water disinfection and is ideal for shock / super chlorination / shock treatments. Chlorine kills all harmful microorganisms that accumulate in the water, so it is important to keep it under control through special test kits.
This, in addition to balancing the pH value, is the most important treatment for a swimming pool. Adequate, frequent and constant chlorination is a fundamental condition for safe water disinfection. A correct pH value (7.2-7.4) and the right free chlorine content (0.6-1.0 ppm or 1-1.5 if using a droplet test kit) will ensure you have pure, healthy and crystal clear water.
Being a stabilized chlorine, Diklor Shock Super contains isocyanurates that help it act quickly and efficiently, but be careful not to abuse it as these acids can lead to premature water saturation.
t is recommended to use Granular Chlorine for shock treatments with a dosage of 3 kg per 100 m3 of water, only after checking that the pH value is in the normal range (7.2 - 7.6).
If the pH is particularly low, it is best to consider using Liquid Klor, which does not contain isocyanurates and thus helps stabilize the pH.
If, however, you use this product for weekly maintenance, you should not exceed a dosage of 1 kg per 100 m3 of water. Although, as anticiapated above, it is best to consider maintenance with Tablok Super slow-dissolving tablets.
All granular products should be diluted and dissolved in water and then poured into the overflow pool channel or skimmers.
For any kind of doubts and/or information about dosages or how to take action to fix pool water values, you can contact us at +39 334/1491755, by phone or via WhatsApp. The advice, however, is always to never overdo the dosages!
The chlorine added to the pool, depending on the pH level and the presence of organic matter in the water, will tend to form combined chlorine. This compound is the main cause of the characteristic “chlorine smell” and of irritation to the eyes and mucous membranes. This unpleasant issue typically arises when the chlorine dosage is insufficient; in such cases, a shock chlorination treatment is often required to resolve it.
To ensure effective disinfection, it is essential to use high-quality, specific products, even if they differ in physical properties. The choice of product and chlorination system should be based on the type of pool and the filtration system in use.
Applications: Diklor Shock Super is a stabilized, fast-dissolving chlorine product designed for pool water disinfection. Thanks to its high resistance to photolysis and evaporation, it produces a slightly acidic chlorine solution, thereby reducing the use of acid correctors. In addition to its disinfectant action, chlorine also acts as an oxidizing agent, removing organic substances not captured by filtration systems.
Use and Dosage: Diklor Shock Super can be applied manually or via an automatic dosing system using a pump connected to a tank containing the chlorine-water solution.
Dosage: keep the chlorine levels between 1.3 and 1.5 ppm (2 to 2.4 gr/m3 of 56/63% sodium dichloro isocyanurate).
Shock treatment (break point): 5 to 10 ppm depending on the combined chlorine concentration (8.4 to 16.5 gr/m3)
Consumption: Consumption may vary from 1 to 3 ppm depending on temperature, refill water nature, and pool usage intensity.
Warnings and informative notes: Store in a dry and ventilated place. Keep packaging sealed and away from other chemicals. Handle with appropriate eye and respiratory protective equipment.
In keeping with the regulations on classification, packaging and labeling of chemical mixtures and detergents, Diklor Shock is registered with the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS) under preparation code 15700-9.
